The desktop build of RNAxRay for macOS, Windows and Linux, drawn with MyGo's native UI; RNAxRay Web is a separate static site. It maps raw reads from CLASH, PARIS, COMRADES and similar experiments with Bowtie2, calls hybrids, and keeps QC, contact maps and condition comparisons as projects on disk. CPLfold folds RNAs offline, guided by the chimeric reads, pseudoknots included.
