Converts a PNG into a multi-size Windows ICO with transparency, with a GUI and a separate CLI.
About
A Windows PNG-to-ICO converter whose GUI is drawn with MyGo's native UI, with no WebView2 or Node.js needed. Pick or drop a PNG, click Convert, and it writes an ICO with six sizes from 16 to 256 pixels, keeping transparency and padding non-square images instead of cropping them. A separate png2ico-cli.exe, built without MyGo, does the same from terminals and scripts.
