A Go rewrite of the Tauri-based OpenUPX Installer for macOS and Windows, drawn with MyGo's native UI with no web view. It shows a package's version and hosts first, then installs it through the UPIA service bundled with Creative Cloud Desktop or sideloads it into the user's Adobe plugin folders. It also lists installed extensions by app and removes the ones you installed.
