A small Windows tool drawn with MyGo's native UI for pulling single frames out of a video. You open a video file, drag the progress bar or step one frame at a time with the ◀ ▶ buttons, and save the current frame as a PNG; the save folder is remembered for the rest of the session. Decoding uses what Windows already provides, so nothing extra needs installing.
